Josh Grosso

Student Ministries

My name is Josh and when I'm not preparing a lesson or teaching, you can find me hanging out with my wife Sarah and my sons, Luke and Sam. I currently work as a Project Scheduler at an engineering company but I would much rather be bowhunting. I love the outdoors and I love teaching students and anytime I can combine the two I jump at the chance. As a child, I always wanted to follow and obey Jesus. I don't remember the specific date when I came to know Jesus as my Savior, but I know I called on Him, asking Him for forgiveness for and salvation from my sin. When I reached my adolescent years I began to see that many of the needs of both myself and my friends were not being effectively addressed in the church. Culture is always changing and it was, and is, becoming increasingly difficult to follow Jesus and take a stand for Him, and few phases of life are harder to navigate than adolescence. It was through the awareness of this need that I felt God's calling and leading in my life, though I didn't know how or in what capacity He wanted to use me at that time. Since then, I went to college and double-majored in Youth Ministry and Christian Education and have served in numerous leadership roles and loved every one of them, and I am excited to be part of EDC's student ministry leadership team!

Amy Pryor

Generation Director

Hi! I’m Amy Pryor, This Generation Director here at Everyday Church. My main focus and calling is kids’ ministry. I really enjoy interacting with the children, teaching them, watching them grow in their faith, and seeing them engage in worship. It never gets old! Kids’ ministry is…it’s the cherry on top of the ice cream sundae. A hot fudge sundae with nuts! It is truly the best, most rewarding experience. In my spare time, I work as a Reading Specialist in a local elementary school. I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart, Scott, since 1991, and we have three adult daughters (seemingly overnight). My hobbies include spending time with my family, traveling, and walking. Going on adventures with my husband tops my list of favorite things to do. Some of my most cherished memories involve exploring unknown roads in Italy with my family when we were stationed there many moons ago. Like life, kids’ ministry is full of adventure, and I’m enjoying the ride.
